MTF Finance needed a new interface for their internal loan creation platform, used daily by finance consultants across branches. The goal was to simplify the process, improve speed for all franchisees and give staff better visibility over tasks and customer data.

I worked alongside a UX designer to map user flows, define pain points, and build wireframes. Once the flows were validated, I took the lead on the UI design across the full platform; including the dashboard, application pipeline, customer records, arrears management, task tracking, and much more. I also presented designs to key stakeholders throughout the project to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business needs.
